Rare and beautiful Jorginho hand signed Chelsea Champions league final shirt 2021 display

Shirt hand signed on the front by the Chelsea star who with his Chelsea team mates won the Champions league final v Manchester City at Estadio do Dragao on May 29, 2021 in Porto, Portugal.

Chelsea won the final 1-0 with the only goal coming from Havertz in the 42nd minute to secure the Champions league trophy for the second time in the clubs history.

Shirt also comes with Champions league winners medal as received by the Chelsea players and staff on that famous night in Porto ( please note this is not Jorginho’s winners medal or his match shirt )

Shirt has been hand signed on the front in black marker pen and has match details on the front and Champions league match patches on the sleeves

All comes in large display case which can be wall mounted
