Incredibly rare and beautiful Lothar Matthäus match worn F.C Bayern Munich shirt

Shirt is the correct size for Lothar and has all the correct labels and tags inside which is different to that of the retail version shirt and issued directly to the club – player for match use
Shirt has also been hand signed on the front by Lothar Matthäus in black marker pen
Lothar Herbert Matthäus born 21 March 1961 is a German football pundit and former professional player and manager. After captaining West Germany to victory in the 1990 FIFA World Cup where he lifted the World Cup trophy, he was awarded the Ballon d’Or. In 1991, he was named the first FIFA World Player of the Year, and remains the only German to have received the award. He was also included in the Ballon d’Or Dream Team in 2020.
Matthäus held the record (along Mexican goalkeeper Antonio Carbajal) of having played in five FIFA World Cups (1982, 1986, 1990, 1994 and 1998); more than any other outfield player in men’s football, until the 2018 World Cup, in which Mexico’s Rafael Márquez equalled his record and 2022 FIFA World Cup in which Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi also equalled his record. He also won UEFA Euro 1980, and played in the 1984, 1988 and 2000 UEFA European Championships. In 1999, aged 38, Matthäus was again voted German Footballer of the Year, having previously won the award in 1990.
Matthäus is the most capped German player of all time, retiring with a total of 150 appearances (83 for West Germany) in 20 years, and 23 goals. Matthäus is a member of the FIFA 100 list of the greatest living football players chosen by Pelé. Diego Maradona said of Matthäus, “he is the best rival I’ve ever had. I guess that’s enough to define him”, in his book Yo soy el Diego (I am the Diego).
A versatile and complete player, Matthäus is regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time, and was renowned for his perceptive passing, positional sense, well-timed tackling, as well as powerful shooting. During his career, he usually played as a box-to-box midfielder, although late in his career he played as a sweeper.
Lothar is regarded by many as one of F.C Bayern Munich’s greatest ever players and one of the greatest midfield players of all time

Born in the war-torn former state of Yugoslavia, Modric has excelled as one of the best midfield players in history, winning a multitude of titles at Real, including three La Liga League and five UEFA Champions League titles.
Playing on the streets when young, Modric got his first break with local Croatian football club NK Zadar, in the town where he lived in a hotel. He moved onto the bigger domestic team, Dinamo Zagreb, where he spent five seasons winning the league three times and the cup competition twice.
He had a short spell with Spurs before moving to ‘Los Blancos’ and the Bernabeu in 2012, where he is still playing his football. Able to still compete into his mid-30s has been mainly put down to his fitness, training, and dedication.
Apart from his list of trophies, Modric has also been endowed with the best UEFA and FIFA men’s player of the year awards, the Croatian Footballer of the year a record ten times, and the prestigious Ballon d’Or honour in 2018.
As his country’s most capped football player, with 148 so far, his most prominent performance came in the 2018 World Cup as Croatia came runners-up for the first time in their history, and by being named the best player of the tournament, receiving the ‘Golden Ball’ honour.
