Shirt worn on the pitch by Alonso after the historic UEFA Champions League final match v AC Milan in Istanbul on the 25th May 2005

This shirt was worn by Alonso and by the rest of the Liverpool players after they had won the UEFA Champions League final during the after match celebrations and during the lifting of the UEFA Champions League trophy as can be seen in the attached pictures

This shirt was only issued and prepared for the Liverpool players to wear if they had won the final and not issued or released for retail sale

Shirt has Champions League Winners - Istanbul 2005 on the front and Carlsberg logo on the sleeve

Shirt remains in good - very good condition for its age although some signs of wear and use can still be seen with some small marks and pulls still evident

Amazing and incredibly rare worn shirt from the historic 2005 UEFA Champions League final and from one of the hero's of that famous night in Istanbul and Liverpool legend
