On the one hand: Mr. Pedro Zapata Cascales and Mr. Manuel Fernandez Wheat, of legal age, in the name and representation of the Real Madrid football club, in their respective capacities as President and Manager, with registered office in Madrid, Avenida de Concha Espina no 1
on the other hand: DON ALFREDO DI STEFANO LAULHE, of legal age, in his own name and right, by profession soccer coach, neighbor of Madrid, calle pedro muguruza no 6
AGREE
PRIMERO - Que con fecha del presente documento, queda extinguido y resuelto volun tariamente el contrato suscrito entre ambas partes con fecha 29 de noviembra de 1990, en virtud del cual el sr, DI STEFANO LAULHE quedaba vinculado laboralmente como entrenador del real madrid club de futbol.
SEGUNDO - que D. ALFREDO DI STEFANO LAULHA expresamente declara no cantidad alguna pendiente de percibir del REAL MADRID CLUB DE FUTBOL derivada de su relacion laboral, ni es acreedor de ninguna obligacion como consecuencia de dicho contrato, y por consiguiente, nada tiene ni puede reclamar del REAL MADRID CLUB DE FUTBOL.
Y para que asi conste a todos los efectos oportunos, las partes intervinientes firman el presente acuerdo de extincion del contrato laboral que les unia, en Madrid, a veintidos de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y uno
FIRST - That on the date of this document, the contract signed between both parties on November 29, 1990, by virtue of which Mr. DI STEFANO LAULHE was linked to employment as coach of the Real Madrid Football Club, is terminated and voluntarily terminated. .
SECOND - that Mr. ALFREDO DI STEFANO LAULHA expressly declares no amount pending to be received from REAL MADRID CLUB DE FUTBOL derived from his employment relationship, nor is he creditor of any obligation as a result of said contract, and therefore, he has nothing or can claim of the REAL MADRID CLUB DE FUTBOL.
And for the record for all appropriate purposes, the intervening parties sign this agreement for the termination of the employment contract that bound them, in Madrid, on March 22, nineteen ninety-one.
